The Difference in Hurricane Responses

Why such a great difference in our country’s response to the hurricanes first in Texas and Florida and then, more recently, in Puerto Rico?

Two reasons, The Curmudgeon suspects.

First, Puerto Rico has no electoral votes.

Second, the people in Puerto Rico are all brown.

    And the same applies to SCROTUS’ response to Puerto Rico (acting the uncaring, bullying a**hat), and Las Vegas (acting the caring, articulate, comforter-in-chief).
    In P.R. he was dealing with brown people who speak another language.
    L.V. it was white country music fans who speak *his* language.
